Overview
Lees Summit provides a Spring season for K - 8th grade boys that runs March through Mid May. K - 4th graders participate in our in-house program that runs for 6 weeks on Wednesdays. 5th - 8th graders will participate in the local league which consists of twice a week practice starting early March with games beginning late March. The season concludes with an end of season event mid May.
Age Divisions
K - 4th Grade - Participates in our In-House program that runs on Wednesdays. This begins on Wednesday April 1st - May 6th.
5/6 & 7/8 Grade - Plays in the local league, format is 10v10 on a full field with regulation size goals (6x6). Roster size is around 15-20.
Practices
Practice begins early March on Wednesdays and Thursdays for 5th - 8th grade. No practice over Spring break.
K-4th grade begins on the first Wednesday in April (4/1). Our in-house program will run each Wednesday starting 4/1 - 5/6. Format will consist of a 30 minute practice followed by a small sided scrimmage each day.
Wednesdays: Lees Summit North HS
Thursdays: Lees Summit West HS
Games
Games begin late March. The schedule will be available from the league early March. Home games are played at Lees Summit North, away games played around Kansas City.
Equipment
Required equipment - Helmet, shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves, stick, mouth guard, cleats, athletic cup.

Uniforms
K - 4th are provided a Jersey (no purchase required)
5th - 8th will be required to have a Jersey and Shorts.
Uniform store opens in January and will be emailed out to all registered players
US Lacrosse
Our league uses US Lacrosse for liability insurance. Each player is required to have a US Lacrosse # for the season. Register or Number Lookup
Season Fees and Registration
K-4th Grade (In-House): $75
5/6 & 7/8 Grade: $195
*2-payment option available during registration
*Uniform Fee is an extra Add-On fee for the first season.
*$25 late fee assessed on February 2nd
